AAEE provides a forum for community groups, educators and professionals interested in Environmental Education to come together, network and share their knowledge and expertise. It serves to represent the field of environmental education in national discussions and debates. The association is based on the strength of its membership so get involved in events, workshops and activities provided by your Chapter and join a Special Interest Group (SIG).

Members Section Only  Members have a password to access material to assist them with the work of the Chapters. This contains policies, handbooks, constitution, tools and strategies that they have requested. If you have forgotten your password please contact the Admin Coordinator.

AJEE Online – The members section only also has the AJEE online link provided by Cambridge University Press as an extra benefit to complement the hard copy of the journal they receive twice a year. Members who wish to register for an electronic copy only should contact the Admin Coordinator at admin@aaee.org.au and help us achieve our goal of minimizing use of materials.

Members Directory – This directory provides information about members workplace, areas of interest and expertise, research and project being undertaken. Members are encouraged to contribute as many value the opportunity to network. Please contact Sue Martin at sue(at)kcj.net.au

Consultancy Directory – The EfS Hub is a free online professional learning tool for people working in Education for Sustainability. It aims to support EfS practitioners with a bank of professional development (PD) resources including guides, case studies, PD events and courses, and provides links between PD providers and EfS practitioners. The EfS Hub is built around a set of Key Competencies (Capabilities Framework) for successful EfS. EfS practitioners can also use the Capabilities Framework Survey to identify strengths and weaknesses before being linked to the resources available on the Hub to boost areas of weakness.

EfS PD providers are able to upload virtual ‘Business Cards’ in the Hub’s Service Provider Directory. AAEE members may find this a useful tool in sharing contacts.

From this page, (once users are registered as EfS Providers) users can view the current providers, or by clicking on “Submit a new service provider” on the panel to the left, can follow the prompts to make their own business card on the directory.
