Our Vision

To connect through education to advance understandings and actions in relation to environmental and sustainability issues across all communities and education sectors.

Research SIG

The Research SIG was first conceptualized at the AAEE conference in Bunbury in 2006. The Research SIG will retain the original focus of providing a supportive network for ECR and RHD members in the field, and also broaden our purpose to facilitate the creation of a community of environmental education researchers. We will encourage practices around open-science and synthesis, providing a space in which members of existing environmental education communities can identify synergies and collaborate on new work.

Join the team reviewing the International Handbook of Environmental Education Research for AJEE! We are looking for interested SIG members who would be prepared to review a section of the handbook to go towards a joint review piece in the AJEE.
