The National Executive introduced a quarterly meeting called “Chapter Check-ins” to facilitate discussion related to the operations of the Chapter organisations feeding into the National Executive.
Who are the meetings for?
The Chapter/Branch Check-in meetings have been designed to ensure we have a strong two-way communication between the National Executive and the State Chapters and Branches. Meetings are specifically for the Chapter/Branch President and Liaison, although all members are welcome to join in the Zoom interactive webinars.
Each Chapter is asked to present a quarterly report and share one or two highlights during the Check-in Meeting. The latest Chapter quarterly reports will be posted on this page. These reports will not be archived but will be replaced each quarter.
Chapter Check-in meeting dates
Chapter Check-in meetings run for 1.5 hours. Minutes will be emailed to the Chapter/Branch President and Liaison after the meeting (typically within the week).
